By accessing or using the 3Patti Plus website and platform in any way — whether to browse, register, deposit, bet, or withdraw — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 3Patti Plus under the terms set out on this page. This agreement takes effect from the moment you tick the acceptance box during registration, and it continues to govern your use of the platform for as long as your account remains active.
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 3Patti Plus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If you are registering on behalf of another person or a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In practice, player accounts at 3Patti Plus are strictly personal and may not be operated on behalf of another individual.
To register and use 3Patti Plus, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 3Patti Plus strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed with winnings forfeited.
- You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships, and other legal entities may not open player accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested.
- You must not already hold an active account at 3Patti Plus. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player. If you have previously self-excluded from 3Patti Plus, you may not create a new account during the exclusion period.
- You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or organisation.
Registration at 3Patti Plus is subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline any registration application at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time without notice.
Once your account is active, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that takes place within it. 3Patti Plus will not be liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
Your specific responsibilities as an account holder include:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any other person under any circumstances.
- Notifying 3Patti Plus support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Ensuring your contact details — mobile number and email address — remain current. Important communications, including verification codes and withdrawal notifications, are sent to these details.
- Not allowing any other person to use your account, including family members. Each player must hold their own separate account.
- Not opening more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across all duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3Patti Plus reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of this agreement have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, account funds may be held pending investigation.
All financial transactions at 3Patti Plus are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in rupees is credited in rupees, and what you win is paid in rupees.
Deposits: We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider — funds appear in your 3Patti Plus wallet within seconds in the vast majority of cases.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for most payment methods under normal operating conditions. For first-time withdrawals or where account verification is pending, processing may take longer while our team completes standard checks.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
- We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not a cause for concern in ordinary circumstances.
- Funds deposited via bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- 3Patti Plus does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
3Patti Plus offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be met through real-money gameplay before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in bets before withdrawal is unlocked.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless the specific promotion explicitly permits this.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than sports bets or certain card games. Game-specific contribution rates are published with each offer.
- Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Abuse prevention: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to generate guaranteed winnings from a bonus, or any other artificial manipulation of bonus terms — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Once a bet has been placed and confirmed at 3Patti Plus, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn by the player. You are solely responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. Bets placed in error are not refundable.
Sports betting: For cricket and football betting, the following general rules apply:
- Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures, and similarly for football competitions).
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are handled in accordance with the specific rules published for that competition. In most cases, pre-match bets on postponed fixtures are voided and stakes returned.
- In-play bets are confirmed and binding at the moment of acceptance. 3Patti Plus uses live data feeds from certified providers, but in the event of a significant discrepancy between displayed live scores and official data, we reserve the right to void affected in-play bets.
- Accumulator bets with one voided leg are recalculated with that selection removed from the multi.
Casino & live casino: For all casino games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and live dealer games, results are determined by the physical outcome of the game (in live casino) or by certified RNG systems (in software games). In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that produces an invalid result, the affected bet round will be voided and stakes returned. 3Patti Plus's decision in these matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3Patti Plus platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process or disguise illegally obtained funds. 3Patti Plus complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in card games or other multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage — including agreeing on outcomes, sharing hand information, or any other form of coordinated deception.
- Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal with your payment provider for funds that have been validly deposited and used at 3Patti Plus. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under 18 years of age, or allowing an underage person to use your account.
- Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets on events where you have non-public information that would give you an unfair advantage over the market.
- Multiple account exploitation: Creating secondary accounts for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
3Patti Plus is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, affordable entertainment activity — not something that causes financial or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform software.

3Patti Plus provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3Patti Plus shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions, except where such errors directly cause an incorrect bet settlement.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
- Decisions made by payment providers regarding transaction processing times or fees.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
